spring vendor application

The Spring Cov Craft will take place on Saturday, 12/5. Setup begins at 8:30a. The market runs from 10a–4p and is located on the Sixth Street Promenade/George Steinford Park right in front of Handzy Shop + Studio in Covington, KY’s Mainstrasse Village neighborhood.

PLEASE READ. The 10x10 booth fee is $95 per market. If you're interested in setting up/utilizing a bench (fee is $45 for bench vendors) please leave a note in your application if you have quesitons!

This is a small, curated market. All chosen vendors must provide their own 10x10 tent, displays and products.The event is rain or shine. We’re looking for a variety of vendors, including but not limited to ceramics, bath + body products, candles, jewelry + accessories, small businesses, vintage clothing + decor, stationery, art + illustration, and more!

We’re also seeking a food vendors/food trucks to join us! West Sixth Brewing is our official beer partner but we’re open to other beverage vendors including coffee, dirty soda and more!

*Please note—all vendors assume the responsibility of their own tent, property and staff. You should carry insurance to cover yourself at the event. Occupational licenses are required for the sale of goods in the City of Covington. The applicant should contact the City of Covington Finance Department at 859-292-2180 to determine what type/how many occupational licenses are required. The application for a 3-day temporary occupational license for individuals and businesses located outside of the City can be found here.

Vendors selling food or beverage items are also required to obtain a permit from the Northern Kentucky Health Department. The permit application and fee must be submitted at least three business days prior to the event—the fee is $60 for a 1–3 day event. More information and the application can be found
here. Note that this "temporary" permit is intended for vendors participating in an occasional or one-off event. If you plan to sell food at multiple events throughout the year, you may need a different permit type (seasonal or mobile), so it's worth contacting the NKY Health Department directly to confirm which applies to you.
